Job Summary:
As an Exterior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and
managing all aspects of exterior construction projects from start to finish.
You will collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to
ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest
quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent
communication skills, and a deep understanding of exterior construction
processes.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage all phases of exterior construction projects,
including roofing, siding, windows, and other exterior renovations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, goals, and
timelines.
- Work with owners or general contractors to generate a schedule and manage
crews to complete projects on time.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource
allocation.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to project
specifications and timelines.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety
compliance.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project,
ensuring timely resolution.
- Communicate project updates and progress to clients, stakeholders, and
internal teams.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and meet or exceed quality
standards.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change
orders, and progress reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related
to exterior construction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the exterior construction
industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Salary:
- Competitive salary based on experience.
