Position Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Remote - Must be located in MN, ND, SD, ID, WY, or NE
Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 DOE
Job Summary:
Project Solutions is seeking a results-driven individual to serve as a Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator will provide a critical support role working with state civil rights programs and small construction companies who do business with the state Department of Transportation. This position will be required to balance deadlines to make sure contract deliverables are met. The Project Coordinator will coordinate and implement the objectives of the contracts assigned.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule project activities through communication, outreach, and activity tracking of participants.
- Assist with setup of online training software, preparation, distribution and facilitation on-line trainings and workshops.
- Record meetings/webinars/training minutes and distributing the recorded materials.
- Coordinates processes for tracking contact with and participation of the individuals we serve.
- Participate in networking and community events with potential small businesses and partners, to increase program visibility.
- Responsible for developing a resource network of referral sources to help connect participants in development and growth of their business.
- Create marketing materials to describe project results and promote future contract events and activities, including social media posts, newsletters, flyers, and presentations.
- Prepare information and respond to inquiries from a variety of stakeholders, including internal staff, partners, the media, and the public.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Required Education, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be located in MN, ND, SD, ID, WY, or NE
- Bachelor’s degree in business/public administration or marketing related field plus two (2) years’ relevant experience preferred. Qualified equivalent combination of Associate’s degree, plus business, and/or marketing experience will be considered.
- Experience working with state or federal government contracts preferred
- Excellent computer knowledge and proficient with MS Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and PowerPoint
- Valid Driver's License Required
- Excellent organizational skills and likes multi-tasking
- Reliable and adaptable that can thrive in a sometimes fast paced office environment
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently, with a high level of initiative, and enthusiasm, and in a team environment
- Detail oriented with a desire to complete tasks effectively
- Ability to network and outreach
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Awareness and appreciation of cultural, ethnic, and economic diversity
- Ability to establish clear objectives, and achieve deadlines, while obtaining high attention to detail
- Ability to become an advocate for state civil rights programs following the company, and program’s mission and vision
