Pay starting from $17 per hour depending on experience.

As an Ophthalmic Technician, you are responsible for assisting patients through the course of an eye examination and procedures to include laser vision correction and dry eye treatments. An Ophthalmic Technician performs all areas of history taking and patient work ups, provides patient education per the physicians' instructions, triage urgent calls and documenting the patient’s encounter in our medical records systems. Operates, maintains, and sanitizes ophthalmic equipment and instruments. There are also certifications that can be achieved for further education such as Certified Ophthalmic Technician (COT) or Certified Ophthalmic Assistant (COA).
The successful candidate will be friendly, efficient, possess a good work ethic and have a positive attitude. The candidate also must have attention to detail, multi-task and be able to adapt to a flexible schedule.
