JOB OVERVIEW:
The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for leading and developing the recruiting strategy, sourcing and consultative full-cycle recruitment process. The person in this role will also be responsible for day-to-day recruiting of key positions. Develops, implements, and prioritizes an effective talent recruitment plan for current and projected openings throughout the company to maximize organizational performance. In-office position based in Windsor, CO, with 5-15% travel required.
Requirements
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Designs, directs, and implements recruitment strategies ensuring the processes are conducted in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures.
- Leads, designs, and develops best practices for hiring managers and talent acquisition related activities.
- Establishes a streamlined recruiting life cycle from requisition approval and job descriptions through offer and candidate on-boarding.
- Recruits critical roles within the organization and works closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to establish effective hiring solutions.
- Gathers and shares information with candidates throughout the recruitment process to position the company to successfully hire the individual.
- Oversees the selection process including identifying and assessing candidates, conducting pre-screens, facilitating interviews and gathering candidate and management feedback.
- Participates in workforce planning to help anticipate future workforce needs to meet organizational goals.
- Manages sourcing strategy to ensure difficult to fill and high-volume roles are filled in a timely and efficient manner.
- Investigates referrals, references, and social media sources to formulate a well-rounded view of applicants.
- Participates and/or develops outreach programs to other entities, college recruiting programs, and communities to promote employment opportunities within the company.
- Identifies and participates in employment events, such as career fairs.
- Strengthens the employment brand on various social media platforms by creating engaging, relevant, and attractive posts.
- Oversees the administration of the applicant tracking system including data integrity and compliance.
- Works with 3rd party vendors and staffing firms to ensure overall effectiveness and return on investment.
- Provides regular reporting on recruiting and hiring metrics.
- Develops and manages the internship program, ensuring its smooth operation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify roles that may need sponsorship, and partner with immigration attorneys to facilitate the sponsorship process for H-1B candidates.

Education, Experience, Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business, or other related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in talent acquisition and recruiting
- Deep knowledge of recruiting practices, principles, applications, and methods, e.g., strategic sourcing, development of talent pools for key roles, recruiting tools
- Advanced proficiency and comfort with technology, including using Microsoft Office Suite products
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Proven experience with leveraging social media tools
