Business Development - Rod Lift

Black Mamba is looking to add to our team for the role of Business Development in Rod Lift Sales. This includes but is not limited to technical support of all things rod string, rod guide, and rod lift related.

The ideal candidate will have existing history in the rod lift sector of artificial lift and oil and gas / energy production.

Our goal with this position is to :

• Provide tech sales support for the Company and our current full-time sales / service / support member, Blake Cobb
• Provide technical insight for the company based on prior work history

Travel will be required. Company truck to be provided.

Ideally, the candidate is technically savvy in rod string design and is familiar with American Petroleum Institute standards for sucker rods, as well as the associated grades and sizes of sucker rods, sinker bars, sinker rods, couplings, etc.

The position will be paid via base salary plus bonus. Alternative renumeration will be considered based on the hire, which could be 100% commission based pay (this is more lucrative for a successful sales employee). Bonus structure will be tied to creating new accounts with operators.
