Black Media Marketing is hiring a detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll interface directly with clients, manage deliverables, and coordinate internal work across creative, design, and video teams. What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the main point of contact for client communication and updates
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure high-quality, on-time deliverables
- Track project timelines and maintain detailed documentation
- Troubleshoot client concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- Uphold a positive client experience from kickoff to final delivery
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2–4 years of relevant work experience
- Prior experience at a marketing, media, or creative agency preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects remotely
Job Details:
- $20 per hour
- 100% remote
- Part-time to full-time depending on project load
