Busser/Food Runner

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Busser / Food Runner to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Food Runner / Busser plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Duties

• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area in a timely manner.
• Assist servers by ensuring that tables are properly set and clean before guests arrive.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including clearing dishes and resetting tables as needed.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure accurate order delivery.
• Handle food items safely and follow all food handling guidelines.
• Support catering events as required, ensuring that all food service meets quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist others.
• Experience in hospitality or catering is advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
