- Ensure each resident's financial information is kept confidential
- Handles resident billing and collection
- Records and balances facility census information
- Attends daily and weekly facility-required meetings
- Handles Resident Trust Fund duties as assigned
- Maintains and reconciles facility petty cash fund Qualifications :
- Business office experience in a Skilled Nursing environment preferred
- Previous medical billing experience
- Experience with assisting resident families with billing and insurance inquiries
