We are looking for a dedicated, team member willing to assist in administrative duties. We offer competitive pay, health, dental, vision, benefits as well as company paid life insurance. Clerical/ Office experience is a plus, but not needed as we are willing to train the right candidate.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage data entry tasks, including filing vendor invoices, tracking employee hours, job numbers, and fuel charges, while maintaining accurate records and creating spreadsheets or documents as needed.
- Support administrative functions by setting up new customer and equipment files, monitoring equipment, vehicle, and trailer maintenance, and assisting with service record upkeep, while working independently or collaboratively.
- Handle communication and organization by responding to emails promptly, filing invoices and maintenance logs, contacting new customers for W9s, and assisting with QuickBooks setup and accounts receivable billing processes.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in QuickBooks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office. Specifically, Word and Excel.
- Good oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively with employees and management

Qualifications:
Education:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred)
Regulatory:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Clean Driving Record
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Pass background check and or drug screening
Experience:
- 1yr experience as office administrator preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
