Job Description
BlackRock Services is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Mining/Crushing Plant Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining crushing and screening equipment in a mining or aggregate setting, ensuring optimal production output and equipment reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor crushing plant equipment including conveyors, crushers, screens, and feeders
• Perform daily equipment inspections and preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot and report mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
• Adjust equipment settings to ensure proper material size and quality
• Perform routine housekeeping to ensure plant cleanliness and safety
• Assist with loading/unloading materials as needed
• Record production data and report discrepancies
• Work closely with maintenance and plant supervisors to coordinate repairs and adjustments
• Follow all company and MSHA safety regulations and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience in a mining, aggregate, or crushing plant operation preferred
• Ability to work in outdoor and physically demanding conditions
• Familiarity with MSHA regulations and safety practices
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license; reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
