Qualifications:
· Prior experience with organic posting on Meta and TikTok

· Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
· Knowledge of project management and web design best practices
· Understanding of social media metrics; able to interpret the results and take action to increase effectiveness of social media campaigns.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Up to 50% local travel required
· Access to reliable transportation required to meet schedule and unforeseen business needs
· Ability to stand and sit for long periods of time
· Las Vegas, NV: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Responsibilities:
· This person will be the liaison between the marketing team at our corporate headquarters and the on-site management teams.
· They will work creatively to improve engagement, increase followers, and create business leads.
· Black Star Hospitality views each of its restaurants, entities and sister properties as customers, so this person must have excellent customer service skills to be a successful liaison for our entities.
· This is a 24/7 role that requires evening and weekend attendance at events, as well as emergency support.
· Build and execute social media strategy through research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
· Generate, edit, publish, and share content daily (original text, images, video, and HTML)
· Establishing relationships/networks of industry professionals or influencers on social media.
· Managing paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
· Build meaningful connections and encourage community members through dialog and messaging to enhance User Generated Content (UGC).
· Collaborating with designers to provide attractive and informative campaigns.
· Tracking the performance of the organic and paid campaigns
· Keeping up with the latest technologies used in social media.
· Assist with crisis management, bad reviews, and negative news communications
· Track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes.
· Collaborate with other departments to manage company reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach.
· Work with Director of Marketing to ensure strategies are aligned.
· Identify new and upcoming social/digital platforms.
· Actively create social media calendars for each property that follow corporate best practices.
· Attend events and functions after typical business hours to provide social media support, including livestreaming and digital photography.
· Other duties as assigned
Benefits:
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
