Sugar Factory located in the middle of the Las Vegas Strip is looking to hire Porter/Cleaners.

- Ensure that equipment and dishes are cleaned, sanitized and ready to prepare and serve food.
- Sanitize counters, stovetops and other places where food is prepared to meet health regulations.
- Assist kitchen managers with inventory by organizing food storage and telling them when items need to be ordered.
- General cleaning including: sweep and mop the floors, wipe out trash cans, change garbage liners and clean and organize food storage.
- Assist kitchen staff with food prep as needed.
