Field Inventory Analyst

Job Title: Inventory Specialist (Field Work)
Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to oversee inventory processes at a contractor site. This role requires managing and tracking high-volume, small-part inventory, including materials such as splitters, construction supplies, vaults (for electrical wiring protection), and markers. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a continuous improvement mindset to optimize inventory operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and verify inventory used by contractors for WiFi cable and fiber installation.
• Label and organize materials, ensuring proper placement at the contractor site.
• Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts following company policies.
• Unpackage, sort, and stage materials for production.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock information.
• Work independently while prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer and Excel skills preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible schedule as needed.
• Prior inventory management experience is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
