Purchasing Clerk

In this role, you’ll utilize your expertise in Power BI and ERP systems to analyze data, optimize purchasing processes, and ensure seamless operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyze procurement data using Power BI to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Maintain and update records in ERP systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth transactions.
• Support the purchasing department with administrative tasks, reporting, and inventory management.
• Assist in negotiating contracts and maintaining supplier relationships.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Proven experience working in a purchasing department.
• Proficiency in Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Knowledge of procurement best practices and supply chain management.
• Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation.
• Familiarity with inventory control processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
