The ideal candidate will provide support to ensure efficient operation of the office. *Duties* - Perform clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and document organization - Assist with proofreading and editing documents - Manage office tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining records - Utilize computerized systems for scheduling and communication - Proficiency in QuickBooks for basic financial tasks - Bilingual proficiency is a plus for communication with diverse clients - Operate phone systems and direct calls appropriately - Familiarity with Google Suite for document management - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively *Qualifications* - Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask - Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles - Proficiency in using standard office software applications - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
