We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant / Bookkeeper / Office Manager to join our
team. The ideal candidate will hold a CPA certification, excel in customer service, thrive
in a fast-paced environment with the ability to take on diverse responsibilities, and
effectively manage relationships with the BSIC team, customers, clients, and vendors.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and ECI JobBOSS is ideal, mutit-task and possess a strong
interpersonal and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain financial records, including general ledger, accounts
payable/receivable, payroll and monthly reconciliations across several companies.
- Assist the Executive Team as needed as needed with proficiency and timeliness
- Utilize QuickBooks and ECI JobBOSS for bookkeeping, job costing, and financial
reporting.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and vendors, ensuring timely and effective
communication.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses to support decision-making.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline financial processes and improve
operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all accounting standards, policies, and regulations.
- Coordinate logistics (LTL, UPS) by creating BOL’s and scheduling pickups.
- Work on investment decks where applicable.
Qualifications
- CPA License (ideal, but not required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and ECI JobBOSS is ideal
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and
maintain professional relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Experience in vendor and client relationship management.
- Keep up with a fast-paced, multi-dimensional work environment.
- Travel to company locations in the suburbs of Philadelphia and Cinnaminson, NJ
