Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Oversee bookkeeping tasks including double entry bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and payroll processing.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger reconciliation and tax documentation.
- Utilize accounting software such as Sage to manage accounts and generate reports.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and budgets as needed.
- Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
- Support staff with administrative tasks and provide training on office procedures when necessary.
- Implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity and compliance.
Skills
- Proficient in double entry bookkeeping and understanding of debits and credits.
