We are also expanding to other areas such as Austin & Apple Valley! This role can require travel!

WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?
- You will work mostly on your own, with some travel between our local properties, but have the full support of the rest of our amazing team. You must have reliable transportation and valid drivers license.
- A 20-30 hour per week schedule with opportunity for 40 hours.
- Consistently available during work hours via phone, email, and google hangouts chat.
- Cleaning homes during tenant turnover, communicating if any damage is found, assisting in running errands, replenishment of cleaning supplies when needed.
- Cleaning short term stay units (think like a hotel or airbnb!)
- Cleaning construction turnovers when rehabs are completed
- Clean public areas and common areas of buildings routinely including trash removal
