Essential Functions :
Design & Development : Utilize engineering principles to design buildings and trailers that are safe, compliant, and efficient.
- Structural & Mechanical Analysis : Assess the integrity of trailers and building systems, ensuring durability and functionality.
- Problem-Solving : Identify and resolve issues in designs, prototypes, and construction processes.
- System Design & R&D : Develop and analyze systems to enhance trailer performance and efficiency.
- Optimization : Maximize cost efficiency, production workflow, inventory management, and product performance.
- Analytical & Risk Assessment : Conduct matrix analysis, risk management, and cost evaluations for project development.
- Communication & Collaboration : Work closely with clients, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Mathematical Precision : Utilize advanced mathematics and formulas for accurate data collection, modeling, and design improvements.
- Leadership & Teamwork : Lead and collaborate with teams to drive innovation and efficiency in engineering solutions.

Qualifications Guidelines
Experience / Training / Education :
Required : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field. 4-6 years of related work experience.
Desired : Strong foundation in architectural engineering, MEP systems, structural integrity, thermodynamics, and material science. Background in research & development (R&D), cost analysis, risk management, and troubleshooting is highly preferred.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities :
Physical and Environmental Elements :
This is primarily an office classification in an office with moderate noise levels, controlled temperature conditions. With require frequent attention to onsite production needs will require in-person communication with employees and vendors. The position occasionally bends, stoops, reaches, pushes and pulls drawers to retrieve and file information and lifts and carries reports, records, and other materials that typically weigh less than 30 pounds.
