Responsibilities
- Monitor premises through regular patrols.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
- Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and ensure the safety of all individuals on-site.
- Conduct thorough inspections of facilities to identify potential security risks or breaches.
- Provide first aid and CPR assistance when necessary, ensuring the well-being of individuals in emergency situations.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during incidents or investigations.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes.
- Participate in ongoing training programs related to conflict management, surveillance techniques, and loss prevention strategies.
Experience
- Familiarity with surveillance equipment and loss prevention strategies is essential.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; additional certifications related to security are a plus.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail for identifying potential threats or irregularities.
