What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tack Truck Driver position at Black-Top Paving?
With over 110 years in business in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Black-Top Paving, a division of Journey Group, is growing and seeking a reliable Tack Truck Driver to join our team to operate a tack truck to and from asphalt paving job sites. This role will be in charge of ensuring oil is heated to proper temperature and is circulated as well as identifying any potential safety hazards. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered for new hires starting on or before June 2nd, 2025.
Qualified candidates will have:
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Prior experience operating a tack truck.
- Valid state issued Commercial Driver's License and evidence of insurability.
- CDL Class A preferred.
- Med Card with hazard materials and tanker endorsement preferred.
