Job Summary
This position is for a Medical Assistant to assist with daily patient flow and triage information for physician assessments. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of coding and medical systems, as well as two years of experience in Medical Assisting.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Record and maintain patient medical data
- Support physicians with patient inquiries and perform ancillary procedures
- Maintain equipment and inventory levels
- Adhere to organizational values and compliance standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Current MA Certification and AHA Basic Life Support certification required
- Preferred completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program and two years of experience in Medical Assisting
