Job Title: Medical Assistant
Reports to: Clinic Supervisor or Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Medical Assistant to support our medical team in various specialties. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily patient flow, performing triage, and assisting physicians with clinical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Escort patients to examination rooms and prepare them for visits
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records
- Perform routine laboratory procedures and other ancillary tasks as needed
- Assist with administrative duties and data entry
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; preference given to graduates of an accredited Medical Assistant program
- Current certification as a Medical Assistant (MA) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association required
- Basic knowledge of coding and medical systems required; two years of experience preferred
Physical Requirements: This role requires standing, walking, and lifting. The successful candidate must wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as necessary.
Schedule: 40 hours per week, first shift
