Kwaan Bear Technology (KBT) is looking for an experienced Senior C Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will leverage your extensive C expertise to develop, enhance, and optimize high-performance software applications within an agile environment. As a Senior Developer, you will play a critical role in shaping our technical solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior developers. If you have a strong technical background and a passion for building robust software, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and maintain high-quality, scalable C applications within an agile framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, designers, and other developers, to ensure the delivery of quality solutions that meet both customer and business requirements.
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and work towards meeting sprint goals.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and refactor code to enhance application performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership within the team.
• Document software designs and processes to support maintainability and transparency.
