Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the Square POS system or other point-of-sale systems.
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of service.
- Assist guests with menu selections, answer questions about food items, and provide recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or needs promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information about the restaurant's offerings and making reservations as needed.
