Responsibilities :
- Federal Litigation : Handle all phases of federal litigation, including case analysis, strategy, and preparation for trial.
- Motion Practice : Draft, file, and argue motions effectively in federal court.
- Legal Research : Conduct in-depth legal research to support case strategies and bolster arguments.
- Complaint Drafting : Draft and file new complaints with attention to detail and legal accuracy.
- Discovery : Manage discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, document review, and production.
- Court Appearances : Represent clients in court appearances, including hearings, conferences, and trial proceedings.
