Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for scheduling production installations, maintaining clear communication with customers, and ensuring our installation crews are set up for success. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and can quickly adjust schedules to meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and schedule production installations, ensuring timely communication with customers and internal teams.
- Strategically schedule installation crews to maximize productivity and ensure crews are operating at their budgeted capacity.
- Proactively manage schedule changes, including quickly replacing canceled installations to ensure weekly revenue goals are consistently achieved.
- Work closely with logistics lead, production managers, crew leads, and sales teams to align schedules with project requirements and customer expectations.
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and update internal systems to reflect changes in real time.
- Identify potential scheduling conflicts or inefficiencies and recommend solutions to improve processes.
