Sales Manager

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for sales and team development? Blackburn is looking for a motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team in a specific market, driving growth and success while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Location : Hartford, SD

Salary : $65k-75k

What You’ll Be Doing Leading & Inspiring the Team

Ensure your team embraces and lives out Blackburn's mission to redefine the customer's contractor experience.
Lead engaging team meetings and individual coaching sessions each week.
Support and develop your team—performance reviews, growth plans, and career development are key parts of your role.
Foster a positive, goal-driven sales culture where everyone can succeed.

Driving Sales Success

Achieve and exceed sales goals—both for the company and individual sales reps.

Keep your team motivated, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to succeed.

Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences

Step in when customer issues arise, ensuring we resolve them quickly and effectively.

Make sure every customer has a remarkable experience with our team.

What You Bring to the Team

A solid understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service principles.

Experience in the construction industry? That’s a bonus!

Strong communication skills—you’re great at motivating and coaching others.

The ability to work with computers and sales software with ease.

2 years of experience in sales and / or sales management (or a mix of education and experience that proves you can excel in this role).

A valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
