Blackburn’s, a leading provider of healthcare supplies, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Specialty Department at our Corporate Office in Tarentum, PA. This role is crucial to ensuring efficient handling of patient accounts and service scheduling. If you are someone who thrives on providing excellent customer service and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently process phone and fax orders while ensuring all data is entered accurately into our system.
- Manage patient files, coordinate scheduling of services, and produce delivery paperwork with speed and precision.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely manner.
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Strong typing and data entry skills with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
