About the Role: As a Customer/Patient Service Representative, you will be the frontline connection between Blackburn’s and our valued customers and patients. You will handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure that our customers and patients receive the exceptional service they deserve. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills who enjoys solving problems and working in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process incoming phone and fax orders efficiently.
- Provide top-tier service to customers, patients, and referral sources.
- Manage patient accounts and coordinate scheduling of services.
- Maintain patient files and produce delivery paperwork.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer and patient issues with equipment and orders.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Educate customers and referral sources on products and services.

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent (college credits or degree preferred).
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, physiology, and anatomy is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Outlook and Internet applications.
