Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to our office and ensure the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities. Duties will also include ordering medical records and processing intake paperwork as well as managing intake calls with potential clients.
Duties:
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, proofreading, and filing documents.
- Utilize computer skills to manage our office management systems and software.
- Provide administrative support to various teams and departments.
Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an office setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong computer literacy skills and experience with office software.
- Excellent proofreading and data entry skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
