SUMMARY: Plan, direct and design the company’s IT infrastructure while managing the IT team responsible for maintaining the IT infrastructure and desktop support environments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Personally exhibits, recruits and coaches associates consistent with Core Behaviors
- Responsible for promoting culture of safety
- Supervises and coordinates enterprise IT infrastructure operations and changes.
- Supervises and coordinates enterprise desktop support operations and changes.
- Supports continuous assessment of system utilization, monitoring, response time, and detection and correction of enterprise performance issues.
- Manages and maintains vendors to meet SLA’s and contractual agreements.
- Establishes and implements standards for IT operating procedures.
- Develops and prioritizes work and integration tasks for team members.
- Develops and executes testing plans and procedures.
- Diagnose root causes and resolves complex systems problems.
- Implement continuous IT improvement programs.
- Lead IT asset management to ensure assets full lifetime cycle value is achieved.
- Manage strategic relationships with key IT product and service providers.
- Participate in IT strategy planning activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge & Experience
- Windows Server.
- DHCP / DNS.
- Active Directory.
- Office 365 Software and Technologies.
- Budget management, people management, project management and strategic planning experience.
- Hyper-V and VMWare.
- 2 years management experience.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- 5 years of IT Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required

WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Employee is regularly required to speak and understand English, stand, walk, sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms.

- Occasional overnight travel to meet with internal and external customers.
- Sitting for extended periods of time.
- Lifting and transporting of moderately heavy objects up to 50 pounds, such as computers and peripherals.
