SUMMARY : Plan, direct and design the company’s IT infrastructure while managing the IT team responsible for maintaining the IT infrastructure and desktop support environments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Personally exhibits, recruits and coaches associates consistent with Core Behaviors
Responsible for promoting culture of safety
Supervises and coordinates enterprise IT infrastructure operations and changes.
Supervises and coordinates enterprise desktop support operations and changes.
Supports continuous assessment of system utilization, monitoring, response time, and detection and correction of enterprise performance issues.
Manages and maintains vendors to meet SLA’s and contractual agreements.
Establishes and implements standards for IT operating procedures.
Develops and prioritizes work and integration tasks for team members.
Develops and executes testing plans and procedures.
Diagnose root causes and resolves complex systems problems.
Implement continuous IT improvement programs.
Lead IT asset management to ensure assets full lifetime cycle value is achieved.
Manage strategic relationships with key IT product and service providers.
Participate in IT strategy planning activities.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Knowledge & Experience

Windows Server.

DHCP / DNS.

Active Directory.

Office 365 Software and Technologies.

Budget management, people management, project management and strategic planning experience.

Hyper-V and VMWare.

2 years management experience.

Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.

Up to date on current technologies.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES :

No direct supervisory responsibility. May provide indirect supervisory input

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE

5 years of IT Experience

Bachelor’s degree required

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

None required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Employee is regularly required to speak and understand English, stand, walk, sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms.

Employee is required to use computer and other equipment.

Occasional evening and weekend work to meet deadlines.

Occasional overnight travel to meet with internal and external customers.

Sitting for extended periods of time.

Lifting and transporting of moderately heavy objects up to 50 pounds, such as computers and peripherals.

Specific vision abilities include close vision and the ability to clearly focus vision.

PPE REQUIRED :

Eye protection, ear protection, and as required by customer, steel-toed shoes and head protection.
