Overview :
The Product Implementation team ensures reward content is onboarded effectively, maintained regularly, and is the central resource of rewards for both internal teams and external clients. Accordingly, this role requires a self-motivated, organized, and team-oriented professional to help develop and manage Tango Card's reward catalog, which is used by millions of people and computer programs every year.
As a member of Product Implementation, the specialist will help perform the day-to-day operations of the Product Implementation team and will work with the Product Implementation manager to ensure our catalog is accurate and working well for all, including customers, recipients and internal employees. This role interacts regularly with stakeholders throughout the company as well as with merchant or supply partner contacts. You will need to be organized, team-oriented, and be proactive in communication.
Responsibilities :
- Creating and maintaining rewards in our catalog based on cooperation with our Partnerships team.
- Onboard new brands across multiple markets and suppliers, which includes ensuring setup is done accurately and within SLAs.
- Ensuring our rewards catalog is 100% accurate and up to date.
- Communicating rewards changes information accurately and swiftly to stakeholders.
- Ensuring our Business and Customer Support teams understand individual brand behavior.
- Supporting internal teams with brand representation.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Identifying and improving inefficiencies in the reward management ecosystem
