Office Administrative Assistant
This is a full-time on-site Office Administrative Assistant position located in Denmark, SC. The Office Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, providing professional phone etiquette, maintaining communication with staff, executive administrative assistance, utilizing clerical skill in daily tasks, accounts payable entries, time keeping and assistance with onboarding new employees.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and clerical skills
- Experience with QuickBooks and accounts payable
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with data entry, filing, and calendar management
- Previous experience in an administrative or front desk role is preferred
