Position Overview:
As an Investment Banking Associate in the Industrials Group, you will play a pivotal role in executing M&A transactions, capital raises, and strategic advisory for clients in the industrials sector. You will work directly with senior bankers and clients, providing analytical support, leading financial modeling efforts, and contributing to the development of client presentations and pitches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) for industrial clients.
- Develop and manage complex financial models
- Prepare client presentations, pitch books, and other deal-related documentation.
- Conduct in-depth industry research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Liaise with clients, external advisors, and internal teams to ensure seamless deal execution.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior bankers and analysts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA or other advanced degree is a plus).
- 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting with a focus on industrials or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and deal structuring.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
