Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the preparation and execution of financial models, valuations, and other key financial analyses for clients.
- Support the preparation of client presentations, pitch materials, and marketing documents.
- Conduct industry and market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and key business drivers.
- Participate in due diligence processes, collaborating with internal teams, legal advisors, and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage various aspects of deal execution from initiation to closure.
- Assist senior bankers with client relationship management and support all aspects of the transaction process.
- Ensure the timely and accurate completion of deliverables, adhering to internal and client deadlines.
