Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities through market analysis and networking
- Lead due diligence processes, including financial modeling, industry research, and competitive analysis
- Develop and present detailed investment proposals to the Investment Committee
- Oversee the structuring, negotiation, and execution of transactions
- Coordinate with legal, financial, and operational advisors to ensure seamless deal execution
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with portfolio company management teams
- Monitor and enhance the performance of portfolio companies
- Work closely with management teams to drive strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and value creation
- Prepare and present performance updates to internal stakeholders and investors
- Mentor and develop junior investment professionals, providing guidance on deal processes and career development
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree highly preferred
- 5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or a related sector
- Demonstrated success in sourcing, evaluating, and executing private equity transactions
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and sustain relationships
- Proven leadership abilities and experience mentoring junior team members
- In-depth knowledge of market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscapes
