Senior Operations Accountant

What You’ll Be Doing

This role isn’t your typical accounting job. You won’t be locked into a narrow lane—this is a launch pad for someone who’s eager to grow into an assistant controller or controller-type role over time. You’ll work directly with the CFO to help design, refine, and manage core accounting functions as the company continues its rapid expansion.

You’ll take ownership of:

• Cash reconciliation and credit card transaction audits
• Accounts payable and receivable processes
• Journal entries, accruals, and other non-cash transactions
• Month-end and year-end closings
• Expense management and employee reimbursements
• 1099 preparation, W-9 file management, and tax reporting
• General ledger account reconciliations
• Internal process improvement and collaboration with cross-functional teams

You Bring:

• A Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA a plus!)
• 2–3 years of hands-on accounting experience
• Expertise in QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, or similar software
• A knack for problem-solving and a sharp eye for details
• Confidence working both independently and collaboratively
