Electrical Project Manager
Blackmon-Farrell Electric, Inc.

Candidate should be knowledgeable in:
· Construction Project Management
· NEC familiarity
· Services of 600V and below, entrance and distribution
· Motor controls and system knowledge
· Understating of low voltage systems
· Knowledgeable with data and access control systems
Desired Skill:
· Excellent people skills
· Office PC skills and software knowledge
· Proficient with Outlook, Office 365, Revu Bluebeam, Estimating software
· Ability to read and understand Paper and Electronic drawings
· Ability to do take-offs to assist Estimators during bidding process
· Effectively participate in Project meetings and deliver a project on time and within budget
· Manage setup and delivery of project including budgets, schedules, purchase orders, forecasting and closeout
· Coordinate all document control including saving to folders and distributing to the project team
· To be a forward thinker and share ideas with management for continued improvement
· Excellent paper and electronic document control
· Clean driving record
· Ability to teach others as well as learn from others
Experience:
2-6 years of experience in Construction Management, or equivalent in a related field. Estimating experience is a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
· Promoting Teamwork and project management support
· Create schedules from Milestone schedule for our portion of work, update as needed
· Manage manpower needs as it relates to the schedules and budget
· Update Manpower tracker to maintain schedule and to manage manhours remaining
· Manage submittals, RFI’s, Changes and project closeout
· Assist field with as-built documents so an electronic copy is maintained
· Support Superintendent and Estimators as needed.
· Attend project meetings and fulfill commitments made or revising commitments when circumstances change
· Advising stakeholders of unavoidable delays
· Create work around plans as may be needed or required to maintain schedule
· Take initiative and do what it takes to achieve goals
· Checks and edits work for accuracy and completeness
· Presents recommendations with facts to gain the confidence of the listener
· Initiates establishing and maintaining a positive working relationship with co-workers, customers, suppliers and subcontractors
