You will design and deliver training programs that empower these teams to effectively communicate and sell our cyber security solutions. Collaborating closely with sales leadership, product teams, and marketing, you will ensure the content and approach are aligned with business goals and the ever-changing cyber security landscape.

Your focus will be on creating impactful, scalable training initiatives that not only improve individual performance but also strengthen team collaboration and sales effectiveness.

What You’ll Do

  • Design & Lead Strategic Training Programs: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for the Sales, Customer Success (CS), and Technical Support (TS) teams. Focus on cyber security products, consultative selling techniques, and market insights to enhance their effectiveness.
  • New Hire Onboarding: Lead onboarding programs for new sales reps, ensuring they understand our products, services, and industry trends, while quickly ramping up to full productivity.
  • Ongoing Education: Provide continuous training on new products, features, market trends, and emerging cyber security threats to ensure the team stays informed and ahead of the curve.
  • Sales Skills Enhancement: Provide training on consultative selling, objection handling, solution selling, and advanced sales techniques tailored to the cyber security market.
  • Create Training Materials: Develop high-quality training materials such as slide decks, e-learning modules, playbooks, product one-sheets, and competitive battle cards that support the sales team’s success.
  • Implement Sales Tools: Collaborate with the sales operations team to ensure the team is effectively using sales tools (CRM, sales automation, etc.), providing training and support as needed.
  • Technical Product Knowledge: Equip the sales team with a deep understanding of the technical aspects of our products and services, enabling them to effectively communicate the value proposition to prospects and confidently demonstrate our solutions.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Train the team on how to differentiate our solutions from competitors in the cyber security landscape, focusing on key advantages and use cases.
  • Market Trends & Threat Landscape: Keep the sales team informed of the latest trends in cyber security threats, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements to enhance their ability to sell with authority.

  • Coaching & Support: Provide one-on-one coaching to sales reps based on performance metrics, helping them overcome challenges and continuously improve their skills.
  • Collaboration with Sales Leadership: Work closely with sales leadership to identify training gaps and develop targeted programs to improve individual and team performance.
  • Work with Product & Marketing Teams: Collaborate with product managers and marketing teams to ensure alignment between sales training and company messaging, product releases, and customer success stories.
  • Internal Knowledge Sharing: Organize internal webinars, lunch-and-learns, or knowledge-sharing sessions to keep the sales team engaged and informed.

What You’ll Bring

  • At least 5 years in sales enablement, training, or technical leadership roles—preferably in a cyber security or tech environment.
  • A deep understanding of cyber security products, solutions, and industry trends. You should be comfortable explaining complex technical concepts in simple terms and able to train both technical and non-technical teams effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of consultative selling, sales enablement strategies, and sales methodologies. Experience training sales and technical teams on cyber security products is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional ability to create engaging content, lead training sessions, and provide feedback. Comfort in facilitating both in-person and virtual training.
  • Experience coaching and mentoring teams, helping individuals grow in both technical knowledge and sales performance.
