About the Role:
As a Expansion Sales Program Management & Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for streamlining operations, managing key initiatives, and improving team productivity. You will work with the Expansion Sales leadership team to understand the needs of the business and develop appropriate operational changes to enable the team to succeed.
What You'll Do:
- Strategic Support & Vision: Partner with product and sales leaders to provide high-level operational support and execute a strategic vision for sales enablement that elevates the capabilities of our sellers.
- Program Management: Own and manage key learning initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive impactful projects and ensure alignment on goals.
- Enablement & Training: Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs and ongoing training resources that empower our sales teams to excel and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Communication & Content Creation: Craft clear and compelling communication materials, including presentations and status updates, while ensuring enablement content is always current and optimized for our sellers.
- Process Optimization & Analytics: Identify opportunities to enhance team processes, establish KPIs to measure the impact of enablement initiatives, and drive data-informed decisions that elevate performance.
What we're looking for:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in business operations, consulting, program management, training or enablement, or sales experience.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and a knack for juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a talent for engaging stakeholders and building productive relationships.
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with a strong analytical mindset.
- Strong problem-solving skills, resilience, and a proactive attitude in navigating challenges.
- A passion for strategic operations and sales enablement, with a genuine desire to make a meaningful impact on our teams and customers.
Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $94,000 - $111,000 in Denver and most remote locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
Gusto has physical office spaces in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City. Employees who are based in those locations will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 2-3 days per week (or more depending on role). The same office expectations apply to all Symmetry roles, Gusto's subsidiary, whose physical office is in Scottsdale.
Note: The San Francisco office expectations encompass both the San Francisco and San Jose metro areas.
