Are you passionate about drafting, document coordination, and ensuring top-notch quality? We’re looking for a Drafting Coordinator to oversee drawing deliverables, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to standards in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and track project drawings throughout their lifecycle.
- Perform QA/QC of internal and external drafting deliverables to ensure compliance with standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams and third-party providers to deliver high-quality construction and as-built drawings.
- Provide guidance on drafting standards and oversee document management systems.
- Collaborate across multiple disciplines to meet project deadlines and expectations.
What You Bring:
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and knowledge of standard drafting techniques.
- Experience with document coordination and management systems.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with both 2D and 3D drawing technologies.
- Exceptional multitasking and communication skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
