Now Hiring: Design Coordinator (Hybrid Role)

Are you organized, creative, and love being the glue that holds design projects together? We're looking for a Design Coordinator with at least 2 years of experience to help manage projects from concept through completion—all while keeping schedules on track, collaborating across teams, and ensuring every detail looks sharp.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage design projects end-to-end, keeping timelines tight and deliverables on point
• Collaborate with designers, clients, and stakeholders to align goals and expectations
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and assist with proofreading all outgoing materials
• Organize and manage digital design assets and documentation
• Offer administrative and coordination support to the design team
• Stay current on industry trends and bring fresh thinking to every project

What You Bring to the Table:

• 2 years of experience in design coordination or a similar role
• Proficiency with design tools like BlueBeam or AutoCAD
• Strong organizational chops and time management instincts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A sharp eye for detail and a true appreciation for design aesthetics
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative setting
• Familiarity with project management tools is a bonus
• Sales experience? Great, but not required!

Hybrid Schedule:

Once you’re fully onboarded and comfortable, you’ll enjoy a hybrid work setup—remote on Mondays and Fridays, in-office midweek.

Travel is minimal—10% or less.
