Description
- Overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems and piping in industrial upgrade projects.
- Supervising mechanical and piping technicians
- Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
- Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day construction activities of the mechanical and piping teams.
- Ensure all work is performed according to project specifications, blueprints, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor project timelines and work schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in installation and maintenance work.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed and materials used.
- Ensure that all team members are aware of and follow safety procedures.
- Ensure the activities are planned for smooth execution, including assisting with soliciting construction bids and evaluation.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
- Address any client concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
- High school diploma or equivalent and an associate or bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field experience is preferred.
- 6 years’ experience in mechanical and piping installation and maintenance
- 2 years in a supervisory role
- Experience in navigating 3D models with AutoCAD and Revit.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, PMP, etc.) are a plus.
