Additional Qualifications

• 3 or more years of successful experience leading a plant maintenance department or
• 5 or more years of supervisory manufacturing experience.
• BS Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of OSHA requirements related to equipment in-house.
• Excellent organization, project management and communication skills
  
  

What Will Your Responsibilities Be You Ask

• Achieving the highest level of reliability for plant equipment through committed support for
• Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and strong ownership of the Maintenance Excellence process within their plant.
• Ensure the safety of all employees
• Effectively implement/maintain a reliability-centered maintenance process that drives machine uptime
• Provide department Scope and execute capital projects
• You will be implementing ways to drive countermeasures to obtain a Zero Breakdown Culture
• Identifying gaps in processes and implementing solutions.
