Project Controls Specialist – Houston, TX (Hybrid Schedule)

What You’ll Do:
✔️ Manage a portfolio of energy-related projects, working closely with project managers and team members.
✔️ Handle project setup, estimating, costing, forecasting, and reporting while ensuring compliance with an established Change Management process.
✔️ Utilize Microsoft P6 (preferred) and apply a strong understanding of scheduling principles.
✔️ Analyze project data to provide insightful reporting and analytics.
✔️ Work on-site at least four days per week, with Fridays remote (Monday–Friday schedule, flexible start between 7:00–8:30 AM and exit between 4:00–5:30 PM).
What You Need to Succeed:
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Science, or Engineering from an accredited university.
🔹 3 years of experience in a Project Controls role within the energy sector.
🔹 Proficiency in cost control and scheduling (P6 experience preferred).
🔹 Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
