Associate Program Manager

$60,000-$70,000 plus benefits
Position Overview:
Seeking an Associate Program Manager to support program deliverables, customer satisfaction, and cross-functional coordination. This role involves tracking project performance, assisting with budgeting, and ensuring on-time delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing customer reports and document deliverables.
- Coordinate with technical teams across engineering and manufacturing.
- Support budgeting, financial forecasting, and proposal development.
- Maintain program dashboards for performance tracking.
- Communicate weekly progress, KPIs, and key updates.
- Contribute to process improvements and standardized workflows.
- Help develop project management tools and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Program/Project Management experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
- Preferred: PMP certification, operations experience, and knowledge of batteries, power electronics, or product development.
Education: BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent.
