Electrical Engineering Leadership Position
BlackRock Resources LLC is seeking a highly skilled Principal Power Engineer to lead our power electronics design team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of advanced power electronics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop power electronics products, including converters and inverters.
- Provide technical consultation and leadership in the areas of power converter topology design and development.
- Lead verification testing on new designs and products, perform product cost and reliability analysis, and provide assembly and test instructions for prototypes and production runs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launch.
Requirements
- BS Degree or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 10 or more years' experience with the design of large converters and inverters.
- Advanced knowledge of electric power systems and equipment operation and control.
- Advanced knowledge of circuit and system analysis using computer simulation tools.
- Intermediate knowledge of embedded system design as related to power electronics.
