Lead End-to-End Design and Engineering for Power Electronics Systems : Drive the full lifecycle of power electronics systems, including Distribution FACTS devices and D-STATCOM solutions, from concept to execution.
Develop and Test Cutting-Edge Power Converters : Innovate with state-of-the-art switching technologies (>
500kW), developing and testing power converters to ensure superior performance and reliability.
Drive SMART GRID Innovation : Create transformative solutions like Volt-Var Optimization (VVO), Conservation Voltage Reduction (CVR), and Fault Location Isolation Service Restoration (FLISR) to advance the future of SMART GRID technology.
Conduct Advanced Power System Studies : Leverage tools like PSIM, PSCAD, and MATLAB to perform sophisticated power system studies, generating insights that optimize performance and efficiency.
Design and Optimize PCBs and Power Circuits : Engineer seamless integration of active and passive components by designing and optimizing PCBs and power circuits for maximum reliability and efficiency.
Collaborate on Customer-Specific Projects : Take ownership of customer projects from proposal to post-award support, ensuring exceptional engineering outcomes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Experience : 10 years in designing converters, inverters, FACTS devices, or motor drives at low and medium voltage.
